User Names Are Case-Sensitive

When logging on, please make sure that you type both your user name and your password in the correct case

This means that if you registered as "FredSmith", you will not be able to log on as "fredsmith".

Yes, I know it is more-or-less unusual for websites to have case-sensitive user names, but this is the way that the website software wants to do it, and I can't work out how to disable it.
